ATMA Moves is a movement methodology of Reverence

A disciplined practice of conscious movement designed to awaken the etheric body and restore a sense of sacredness to how we move through the world.

Founded by Navaji in 2017, ATMA Moves unites dance, science, spirituality, and philosophy into a grounded practice of awareness; a tool for healing and a pathway toward deeper self-understanding. Drawing from world traditions, athletic disciplines, energetic sciences, and contemporary somatic research, students learn to dissolve conditioned patterns, refine the art of movement, and cultivate genuine personal development.
